Delivery Information

We always endeavour to process your order right away, but orders are only processed on usual Business days, ie; Monday to Friday.
We try to make it a rule not to work on public holidays!

For items that are in stock, we will normally DESPATCH your order to you within 4 business days.
For the UK Mainland orders are delivered on a 1-2 days After Despatch service, .

During checkout for items going to the UK (excluding Channel Islands) there are two choices:

1. > If your order amounts to over £99.00 inc VAT - this charge is waived and delivery is Free.
Otherwise, Standard Delivery - usually within 7 working days, applies.

2. > Delivery in 2-3 Working Days if ordered by 11:00
A delivery charge of £10.00 inc vat is applied whatever the amount of your order.
The 3-day delivery only applies for items that are in stock.
This service is by request only - please email or telephone to check on stock availablity.

For items that are out of stock, you will be advised of a prospective delivery date within 2 business days of our receiving your order.

We only use the following:
DPD/Interlink
UPS
FedEx
Royal Mail

As all deliveries require a signature, we ask that you provide a delivery address (different to the invoice address if necessary) where there is someone present during the working day to receive the goods.
You may enter delivery instructions in the 'Enter any special delivery instructions' Box on the second checkout page.

International orders usually take from 3 to 6 working days, after despatch, to be delivered, depending on the country of destination.

We only despatch goods once we have received payment in full from you or your agent.

All goods will require a signature on delivery, whether it be by Royal Mail or Carrier, UK or International.
