Under the Distance Selling Regulations which govern retailing on the Internet, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your wish to return them to us for a full refund.

This notification must be made using a 'durable medium', which can be an Email, a Fax or a Letter.

This guarantee is of course dependent on the goods being returned being in pristine condition so that they are suitable for resale.

The original packaging must also be used.

There are exceptions to this: items sold as Personalised or Customised orders, or sold as a Special Offer are not eligible for 14-day return.
