The Givi MonoLOCK system described

The Monolock System

Monolock cases are single skinned and of lightweight contstruction - perfect for use on scooters and small mororcycles. They are NOT suitable for high speed use.

Each Monolock case comes complete with a Monolock Plate and a selection of generic fittings, so the case may be fitted to any tubular type rear carrier that may already be on a bike.

If you have a case, but no Monolock Plate, this may be purchased separately.

Some Monolock Top Case mountings are Bike-Specific and come complete with a Monolock plate, as the Plate that comes with the Case is not suitable.

Turning the key allows the lid to be opened and/or the case to be removed from the bike.

To remove the case from the bike, the key is turned and a button is pressed to release the case from the Monolock plate.

When the key is in the locked position, the lid may not be opened and the case may not be removed from the bike.

The picture shows the Monolock Plate, which has different connection points to those on a MonoKEY Plate.
